b. Live Chat (If Available):- Speak directly with a support agent for urgent issues. Real-time assistance for technical or transaction problems

c. Email Support: Send detailed inquiries to the official support email. Include account details and description of your issue for faster resolution

d. Phone Support (Optional): Some regions may have a dedicated support line. For urgent or complex issues requiring immediate attention

 

3. Support Response Guidelines: Response times may vary based on the issue type and volume. Priority is given to: Transaction disputes. Wallet or payment issues. Security or fraud reports

6. Reporting Suspicious Activity:- If you notice suspicious users, scams, or fraud attempts, immediately contact support. Include as much evidence as possible (screenshots, transaction IDs, messages). Early reporting helps protect the community
