Users must create an account on Sewa Exchange. Verification is required to confirm identity and ensure trust. Verified users gain access to all exchange features.

 

2. Listing What You Have

Users can list items, services, or skills they want to offer. Listings must include accurate descriptions, images, and availability details. Proper categorization ensures other users can easily find your listing.

 

3. Searching for What You Need:- Users can search for goods, services, or skills using keywords, categories, or filters. Platform search shows available options from verified users nearby or in relevant categories. Users can review listings and contact the provider before initiating an exchange.

 

4. Initiating an Exchange Request

Users select the item/service they need and send an exchange request to the owner. The request specifies: Items or services offered in return. Proposed timeline Delivery method or service location

 

5. Confirming the Exchange

Both parties must mutually agree to the exchange terms. Confirmation may include: Payment through wallet or cash (if applicable). Exchange of credits. Scheduling for service delivery

 

6. Completing the Exchange

Users fulfill their part of the transaction according to the agreed terms. Upon completion, both parties confirm the exchange on the platform. Platform updates wallet credits, ratings, or transaction records if applicable.

 

7. Safety & Security Measures
